Flank Steak with Maple and
Soy Marinade
Ingredients:
3 pounds flank steak
2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sherry
1/2 cup First Chair maple syrup
1 teaspoon coarse salt
Preparation:
In a small saucepan, simmer the rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sherry, and maple syrup over low heat until the mixture reduces and thickens; approximately 20 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a large container and marinate the meat for 12 hours (or more!).
Grill to taste.
