Maple Rosemary Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup First Chair maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 shallot, diced

  • 2 tablespoons freshly diced rosemary

  • 3 cloves garlic, diced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, olive oil, shallot, rosemary, garlic, and salt and pepper.

  2. Ddd the chicken and marinade covered overnight; tossing the chicken occasionally. Drain the chicken from the marinade, and discard the marinade

  3. Preheat the grill and grill to taste!
