Maple Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
2 lbs. medium carrots, tops trimmed, scrubbed
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
1/3 cup dark brown sugar (packed)
1/3 cup First Chair maple syrup
Salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Halve the carrots into 3” pieces, or quarter the carrots if large.
Spread the carrots on the baking sheet and top them with butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup.
Season with salt and toss.
Bake carrots, tossing every 20 minutes, until browned, approximately 50 minutes.
Serve!
